Adapt to Survive: Notes from the Future at Concrete

Following its showing at London’s Hayward Gallery, and a gallery to gallery international collaboration, Concrete at Alserkal Avenue will bring the seven artist-strong group exhibition ‘Adapt to Survive: Notes from the Future’ to Dubai from 7-21 November.

This septet of international artists have imagined how our world might look and feel in the future, engaging with the idea that adaptation is necessary for survival to present films, sculpture and text-based works that explore ideas of change and hybrid forms of architecture, biology, technology, and language. The line-up of artists includes Ann Lislegaard, Julian Charriere, Rainer Ganahl,  Marguerite Humeau, Bedwyr Williams, Andreas Angelidakis and Youmna Chlala.
