Gulfood The world’s largest annual food trade show Gulfood is the world’s largest food trade show, and it’s set to return to Dubai World Trade Centre for its 24th edition from 17-21 February.  More than 97,000 visitors attended the 2018 event, and there were also more than 5000 exhibitors from around the world. The four-day event will feature international brands showcasing their latest food and beverage products and services. Visitors will be able to meet with suppliers, sample new foods, and learn about the latest culinary trends. The Gulfood Conference will also feature a line-up of industry leaders giving talks on everything from public health to the latest food manufacturing technology.

Dubai Food Festival 2019 A celebration of all things gastronomic, the Dubai Food Festival celebrates the diverse culinary offering of the city with a jam-packed schedule of mouth-watering events and offers. From dining on special set menus at Dubai’s finest eateries during Dubai Restaurant Week to discovering wallet-friendly hidden gems, Dubai Food Festival satisfies all tastes and budgets. Other highlight events of Dubai Food Festival include Beach Canteen, which brings together the city’s best home-grown food concepts at a fun-packed family event, and Taste of Dubai, where foodies get the opportunity to sample delicious dishes from top restaurants and meet celebrity chefs from around the world. 11th Emirates Airline Festival of Literature The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is the Arab World’s largest celebration of the written and spoken word. The Festival places home-grown talent centre-stage and offers UAE fans the chance to interact with world famous authors, attend literary debates and workshops and participate in competitions. The Festival is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President & Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and in partnership with Emirates Airline and the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), the Emirate’s dedicated authority for culture, arts, and heritage.

The Dubai World Cup is an annual horse race in Dubai which is held at the Meydan Racecourse.
