Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival 2019 .The Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival is set to return in February 2019, for its 17th edition. In 2019, the festival will take place over 10 days, with performances from local and international jazz and blues artists at venues throughout the city, before the main event takes place over three days at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre. The 2018 edition saw three international acts headlining the festival – Duran Duran, John Legend, and Ricky Martin. Past years have seen megastars like Tom Jones, Kool & The Gang, and Mariah Carey take to the stage, but the 2019 line-up is yet to be announced. Watch this space for more details.
Gulfood The world’s largest annual food trade show Gulfood is the world’s largest food trade show, and it’s set to return to Dubai World Trade Centre for its 24th edition from 17-21 February. More than 97,000 visitors attended the 2018 event, and there were also more than 5000 exhibitors from around the world. The four-day event will feature international brands showcasing their latest food and beverage products and services. Visitors will be able to meet with suppliers, sample new foods, and learn about the latest culinary trends. The Gulfood Conference will also feature a line-up of industry leaders giving talks on everything from public health to the latest food manufacturing technology.
