The Middle East’s largest building and construction exhibition The Big 5, the International Building & Construction Show, returns to Dubai World Trade Centre this November, for its 39th edition. International Coffee and Tea Festival The Middle East’s largest coffee and tea event The only event of its kind in the region, the International Coffee and Tea Festival returns to Dubai from 5-7 December. The event is set to showcase all aspects of the coffee and tea industry, including products, services, and equipment. Visitors will be able to sample drinks at the Cupping and Brew Bar, as well as meet with suppliers and brands from across the region. The exhibition offers prestigious workshops and training courses, with courses on roasting, sensory skills, and more. Sole DXB returns later this year for its sixth edition. The event is a celebration of street culture, encompassing everything from fashion and music to art and sport. It started out back in 2012, as a one-day event dedicated to sneakers, but has grown and grown since then, playing host to film premieres, art exhibitions, concerts, and more. Some of the world’s biggest brands have taken part in past events, including Adidas, Nike, Fred Perry, Stussy, and more. Attendees have also been able to see artists such as Skepta, Kano, and Mobb Deep take to the stage, as well as a line-up of Dubai-based bands and DJs. Al Marmoom Ultramarathon Elite ultra runners from around the world have Dubai marked in their diaries from 11-15 December with the Al Marmoom Ultramarathon offering three gruelling distances to choose from: the world’s longest desert run at 270km, plus continuous 100km and 50km ultra runs. Competing for a total prize purse of US$60,000, this super challenging self-sufficient event covers five stages and includes tents and water, and breathtaking scenery courtesy of the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve.

The three-day event is an international trade fair, and is a chance for professionals to meet with people from all sectors of the industry, including manufacturers, dealers, wholesalers, exporters, and more. All aspects of the industry will be represented, from writing paper and newsprint to paper mill technology and paper cutting machines.
